8 Week Online Facilitator Training

Become certified and equipped as a facilitator of Neema Development's 16 Module ELEMENTAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT course on behalf of your NGO, nonprofit, or social enterprise. When you choose to be equipped as as a facilitator and license our material, your organization gains a ready-made, culturally relevant, and highly accessible global entrepreneurship program with proven outcomes. After your initial investment in equipping national facilitators and any necessary translation, this program is easily replicated throughout the developing communities you serve.

October 11: Introductions, overview of Neema's unique model, course structure, and application.

October 18: Preparation for your business training, good facilitation techniques, use of materials.

October 25: Overview Modules 1-4.

November 1:: Overview Modules 5-8.

November 8: Overview Modules 9-12.

November 15: Overview Modules 13-16.

November 22: Graduation planning, training of national trainers, conducting surveys, follow up.

November 29: Preparing your team, evaluating costs, licensing process and overview, final Q&A.

NOTE: Certification of at least one key staff member is a prerequisite for licensure of the Elemental Business Development course. Licensing is a separate fee.

FORMAT: 8 week online training conducted in English, one day/evening per week for 2.5 hours virtually. Adequate internet and Zoom are necessary.

COST: $350 per organization for up to 3 staff. This course is limited to 20 participants.

REQUIREMENTS: Signed NDA, advance reading, participation in all 8 sessions, 8 short quizzes, high-speed internet, and final recording of yourself teaching a designated module.
