About the event

Become certified and equipped as a facilitator of Neema Development's 16 Module ELEMENTAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT course on behalf of your NGO, nonprofit, CBO, ministry, or social enterprise. When you choose to be equipped as as a facilitator and license our material, your organization gains a ready-made, Biblically-based, culturally relevant, and highly accessible global entrepreneurship program with proven outcomes. After your initial investment in equipping national facilitators and any necessary translation, this program is easily replicated throughout the developing communities you serve. COURSE IS TAUGHT IN ENGLISH.

DAY 1: Arrive Canaan Farm by 6pm, introductions, dinner, getting settled.

DAY 2: Overview of Neema's unique model, course structure, and application. Preparation for your business training. Good facilitation techniques and use of materials.

DAY 3: Demo of course 1 & 2, Overview Modules 3-5.

DAY 4: Overview Modules 6-8, Demo Module 9.

DAY 5: Demo Modules 10-11, Overview Modules 12-14.

DAY 6: Overview Modules 15-16, graduation planning, training your team, measurement and evaluation, follow up, budgeting, licensing process and final Q&A.

DAY 7: Breakfast, goodbyes, and depart by 9am.

FORMAT: 5 full day in-person train the trainers event, course taught in English

LOCATION: Canaan Farm, Kigumba Uganda

DATES: Oct 1-7

COST: $750 per person, ask about discounts if you are registering more than 3 persons in your organization. Includes 17 meals and 5 teas, lodging in shared bunk room, RT transport from Kigumba town to Canaan Farm, training materials, expert training from curriculum creator, and facilitator certificate

EXCLUSIONS: Transport and meals enroute to Kigumba, curriculum license

REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFICATION: Signed NDA, full participation in all sessions. 

PLEASE NOTE: Certification of at least one key staff member is a prerequisite for licensure of the Elemental Business Development course. Licensing is a separate fee.
