About the event
Session 1: Introductions, overview of Neema's unique model, course structure, and application.
Session 2: Preparation and setting up of your business training, good facilitation techniques, use of materials.
Session 3: Modules 1-3.
Session 4: Modules 4-8.
Session 5: Modules 9-12.
Session 6: Modules 13-16.
Session 7: Graduation planning, training of national trainers, conducting surveys, essential follow up.
Session 8: Preparing your team, evaluating costs, licensing process and overview, final Q&A.
NOTE: Certification of at least one key staff member is a prerequisite for licensure of the Elemental Business Development course. Licensing is a separate fee.
FORMAT: 8 week online training conducted in English from 8:30am-10:30am MDT, one day per week. Adequate internet and Zoom are necessary.
COST: $350 per organization for up to 3 staff. This course is limited to 20 participants.
REQUIREMENTS: Signed NDA, advance reading, participation in all 8 sessions, 8 short quizzes, final recording of yourself teaching a designated module.
